What we collect
Our three forms — the sponsor and vendor application, and the contact form — collect your name, your business or organization name, your email address, your phone number, and the details you choose to enter, such as a description of your business, your participation preferences, and any notes you send us.
How we use it
Submissions are emailed to the festival team and stored securely in our database so we can review them and follow up with you about the event. We use your information only to respond to you and to organize the festival.
What we never do
We never sell your information, and we never publish what you submit. Sponsor and vendor listings on this site only show details an organizer has chosen to publish, such as a business name, category, and website.
Deleting your information
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing mpama@masterpetersama.com. We will remove your submission from our records.
